I first got a nice package from Selle Italia . In it were a few new SLR's to keep my ass happy. A happy ass is a faster ass. Also was a bunch of swag, stickers key chains etc to hand out to fellow cyclist, jrs etc.. Jrs love stickers and what not. It really makes the rider and the sponsor look good when this happens.  Thank you Selle Italia!!!!!

 I also got some new rims from Stans . Hopefully I can get Zack to build up my current DT Swiss 240 Hubs with the new rims. I am excited to be able to run tubeless again! The rims are going to save about 100g over my current rims plus no tubes (29 tubes weigh a lot) will save me about another 150g, thats about 250g I just took off from the Mamasita. And thats rolling resistant grams which is a huge savings! Not to mention less flats, something that happened way to often last year.

So with the lighter saddle and wheels I am hoping to shed about 250-300g off the bike, thats a lot of weight.

I am also really really excited to be getting one of these in the mail soon!! It already has me thinking cross.... 

Besides being overwhelmed with totally awesome sponsorship product coming in all at once I have been super busy with job stuff this week. I subbed yesterday, had what I thought was a really good interview in the afternoon for what I think would be a fantastic job. By the time I got out of the interview I was completely drained from working with 4th graders all day. My throat was sore and I was beat, so it was a day off the bike. I think the mtn bike ride with wheels on Monday is still effecting me this late in the week. Today I had an interview in the am, one in the pm, and then on Monday I am subbing and another interview in the pm. Plus another interview early next week! Wow! I can't complain though, all this job hunting and interviewing should land me a job! Well I am off to the pm interview for today then a bike ride! Take care everyone
