What ever I have isn't going away fast enough! I do need to be thankful though that it hasn't gotten any worse.

Yesterday (Friday) was my last day of subbing gym at the grade school. I never completely lost my voice which was good. By the third day I was starting to get a hang of things. Those kids just never shut up!

Well Friday night was pretty uneventful. Hattie was gone for another track meet  and I wasn't feeling to well. So I cooked up some soup for dinner and hit the hay early; eight o'clock early. Hattie's meet didn't go well at all. I guess she took out the 1st hurdle bad and took a fall. She got up and finished the race, but didn't have a good enough time for finals. I think she might be putting to much pressure on herself now. I know she can an 8.3, she just has to keep a clear head at the race. Her 200m sprint went well, she tied her personal best, so that is good.

Back to the slow recovery, for the past 4 days now I have had some congestion in my chest and a sore throat. Since the sickness is below the shoulders I am off the bike. I have just been coughing up some not so friendly stuff, but i guess its good to get it out of the body. Today I am riding the bike, my legs are killing me, I need to spin them out! Plus if I get my hr up just slightly I think I can force out some crap from my lungs. I am thinking maybe 30 min spin and then some shoveling. We are suppose to get 6-10 inches of snow today! Burnsy told me to stay inside, but he shoveled earlier in the week by himself and I feel really bad sitting inside while he does the work. I surely wont be moving as fast as him, but i will give him a helping hand.

Ok, I gotta go get some tea and continue to rest up.
