Man, the weather has been non stop precipitating in some form or another for the past week, and it doesn't look like its going to stop anytime soon! The first part of the week it was rain/sleet/freezing rain/ snow. Basically just crap falling from the sky. Finally yesterday the temps dropped enough for us to collect 6 inches of snow!

So since yesterday school was canceled the teacher who I was suppose to sub for today decided not to take today as a personal day. I got the phone call last night around 6:30 with the bad news that I am not working today. I am slightly bummed because I was suppose to sub for the gym teacher today which would have meant beating up 8th graders in floor hockey for an entire day! But instead I slept in, cooked up a decent breakfast and now will do stuff around the house.

I did make it down to USM the other day and got some help on my resume. It looks a hell of a lot better now. Maybe now I can impress someone enough to actually get a job. With the new resume means recontacting some folks and doing some follow ups this morning. I really need to be employed by the end of the month.

The week of the 17th-23rd of Feb is school break here. This means guaranteed no work = lots of bike riding! Depending on the weather I might go down to the gramps in PA, or maybe up to the folks in Winthrop for few days to ride in some more hilly terrain. I would like to ride around Richardson Lake up in Rangely one day. The ride would be apx 120 miles. If the weather is right it will be a killer ride!

Take care and pray for either more  snow so we can xc ski and snow shoe again, or clear sunny days so the roads will clear up. If i spend another day in the basement riding the rollers I am going to go insane! (I have spent less than 4 hours on the rollers this year and I am already sick of them, not good)
