The funny thing about this article is that the reporter also picked out Hattie's x boyfriend to interview. If you read the article, its Josh. I guess he wasn't good looking enough to increase sales for the newspaper! How ironic and funny is that, a reporter randomly picks out two college students out of hundreds and it was the two of us? Pretty random, but funny on my end. I don't have anything good/nice to say about Josh, so I am going to stop there. Hattie got a huge kick out of the article.  

Yesterday was a long day. Up early in the am, drive to Augusta, drop the Saturn off at the garage, pick up my dads rig, drive up to Orono, talk with a bunch of companies, shake a bunch of hands, meet up with old friend Emery, Drink a beer and have a late lunch, drive back to Augusta, pick up my car, go home, eat dinner, pick up Maggie, and then finally drive back to Yarmouth! I didn't get to Yarmouth until after 9pm!

Good news though was the Saturn passed inspection with flying colors! I thought I was going to have to get new brakes, since i have 95k on them, but the guy who i trust said they were good to go. The brakes seem to work fine, I just thought they might be getting old. Most mechanics would replace them even if they didn't need to, not Capital Tire. Those guys do great work and most importantly they are HONEST! Something you can't find in most garages these days. Thats why I will drive 45-50 minutes up there to  get work done on my car.

The career fair wasn't to much of a hit, every company said, go to our web site and apply online. I am kind of pissed, because I took a class from USM on building a resume and preparing yourself for job hunting, and never once did we talk about applying online. Thats the only way you can get anywhere now-a-days. I don't like it, but its what you have to do. Hopefully something will come through here soon. I can't keep subbing forever.
