I would like to thank the Town of Yarmouth for putting our high tax rate to good use. Because of the towns good use of spending, Burns, Hattie and myself were provided with free entertainment for some time.
I won the competition with a record of 17mph! Burns wasn't able to break the 16mph mark even with his long legs. Burns was convinced it was my 1lb belt buckle that gave me the advantage. His reasoning- something about my t-shirt covering the buckle improved the radars signal. My reasoning- tough loser!!
