Our original plan was to hike on Saturday, but when the weather predicted 1-3inches of rain in the Mountains we decided we were better off spending our time around the house/Portland. Today the weather was forecasting possible afternoon rain and T-storms. By 9:35 we were out on the trail and hiking away. 13 miles and 6:45later we made it back to the car in one piece. Our legs and feet are plenty sore but it was worth it. To top it off we didn't get rained on!
