I think I have been racing at Mount Snow since 2000 or so and I don't think I have ever had a great national event race here. This year would be no different. On Thursday I started to feel a little under the weather, basically just run down. Despite racking in 10hrs + of sleep a night Thurs and Fri I wasn't able to overcome the illness that was creeping up on me. 

So with that said my asthma kicked in on the first lap, on the second lap I threw up a little bit and the 3rd and 4th laps I was just in a slow cruise control. I guess all this travel, racing, and training is catching up to me. This week is all about rest and recovery before Windham.
