I've been the handy man around the497 lately.

The other day I went to fix the dishwasher. After removing the filter, cleaning it out etc... water was still puddling up at the bottom. I pulled out the owners manual (yes I actually read the owners manual on some stuff) and it appears that there is an air gap in the hose line. Now I am not sure what an air gap in the hose line is or how to fix it, but for the time being I did fix the water build up problem. I have a feeling an actual plumber is needed to fix the air gap issue.

Today I fixed the front door. The problem- I believe that rust had built up inside the lock from all the rain causing it almost impossible to insert a key. My solution- spray some lube into the door handle. Problem fixed. Now the lock works perfect.

I am thinking I should start up a handy man business. I could get cool lettering all over the Saturn promoting my business. Or I could stick to the bike racing gig....
