I love it when you travel to northern Maine and you get to meet the real Maine'ah's. I am staying at the Herbert Grand Hotel in downton kingfield. This place is straight up 1915. It's awesome. I think the guy who owns it was born in 1915. When I checked into my room I spent more then an hour talking to the owner just shooting the shit and what not. You can't really get to know a place until you meet the locals. 

This morning I went to the woodsman for breakfast. I was stuffed with a huge home cooked breakfast. With tip it was only $5! i wonder how they even make a profit with prices so low. The other night I ate dinner with a 50% tip for $12.

The down side is I haven't been able to get out and hunt while I am up here or hit up the xc trails at sugarlaof with the mtn bike. I was going to ride last night, but I forgot my lights. I remembered the charger and the chord for the lights, but not the lights. Oh well maybe tomorrow I will get my ass out of bed at 5:30 to go ride. Maybe..
