I've had some great races in the humidity and heat this year and now I've had some bad ones. Just sucks that it had to be at the national championships. I had some really good moments during the race, but I had a lot more bad moments. 

I didn't have any internet at the race, so I wasn't able to update the web page, sorry.

today I road to and from work. then when I got back I had to go grocery shopping. now its 9pm and i am finally settling down for a few minutes before having to go to bed.

maybe tomorrow I can do a full race recap.
