Got a ton of Salsa gear and product this weekend and I want to take a minute to thank Pepperman and the rest of the crew for supporting me over the past 2 years.

In the big package that was blocking the door was this sweet ride!!

I am already thinking of how to build up the Chili. I am thinking of a new Sram Rival group. Or if the new Rival comes out and the old Rival gets a big price cut then maybe go with the old style. I will probably do the 1x10 set up. Not sure on wheels though. Maybe a bontrager or mavic set up? I am pretty sure with a Rival group and a decent set of wheels the bike will be sub 19lbs, not bad at all!

Stuffed inside the box besides the sweet ride was a ton of sweet product!

I always felt a little like the Hulk when I wore the team kit, but once I get on my Chili and put on the long sleeve I am going to be the Hulk! Watch out cross racers in NE!

The next day I was lucky enough to get the hook up for a new Rasta jersey

I need to do some research on Rasta and the history behind it. Not to sure about it. I guess I've been kind of sheltered in my remote life in the Maine woods so I have usually associated Rasta with Bob Marley (not Maine's Bob Marley) and some illegal grass. Either way the jersey is bad ass!

So yeah, I am stoked to have some new bike clothes, casual clothes to look more 'professional' in when traveling to races, and some amazing bike accessories. In my personal opinion Salsa is often thought of only as a frame maker, but in reality they make some very functional, and unique products, such as handle bars, grip tape etc... Just look on the Salsa web page  under components and check them out!

On a side note I go into work tomorrow. Its only going to be a half day, but thats more hours then I have had in the last two weeks so i will take it!

Hattie and I also gave Burnsy a hair cut! Looks pretty good. If you need a trim, come to the 497. $100 for a cut.
